Sabar Healthcare strives to offer the best possible experience while shopping online. One can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount shall be credited back into your account ASAP.
Sale items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged via the website(online channel). Physical Stores / dealers / distributors will NOT be able to process a refund or exchange on the same.
We facilitate complete Order cancellations until none of the items in the Order has been processed in sabar’s warehouse(s).
If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we facilitate to cancel the Item(s) from the Order until the Item(s) has not been processed inour warehouse(s).
If an Item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that Item, we facilitate one to cancel the Item from the Order until the item has not been processed in our warehouse
If an Order comprises of multiple Items bought under the same promotion, one can only cancel the complete Order until none of the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).

Can one modify the order after placing it?
This is common and is acceptable. We understand that in cases, one may want to alter the ordered product. One may even require to have the shipping address updated.These changes are allowed till we have begun processing the order and before dispatch of the goods. Can one change the product after having the order placed?
That’snot possible if the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).
REPLACEMENT
I. How do I get a defective item replaced?
The Company undertakes to replace the defective / damaged goods online subject to the terms and conditions as under;
Give intimation of defective / damaged products through Customer service immediately at mail@heatingpad.in within 2 (Two) working days from the date of delivery of the products.
Dispatch goods to reach the company within 7 Days from the date of delivery
There should be no sign of physical damage on the product or its packaging.
The original seal, packing, manual and all other items originally attached /enclosed with the product must return with the goods.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipts as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
The serial no. should not be tampered.
The Universal Product Code must be intact.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND REFUND

i). The company undertake to refund 100% (of the Product Value) amount paid within 15 days from the date of cancellation of order, if the order is cancelled within 12 hrs from the placement of order through Contact Us Page.

In case of any dispute the Courts in Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
